Letterboxd
For years we dreamt of a better place to discuss our shared interest in film, and when we couldn’t find exactly the right outlet, we made one. The result is Letterboxd, a social network for grass-roots film discussion and discovery.
The service allows members to keep a diary of films they watch. They can rate, review and tag films as they add them; find and follow friends in order to see and comment on their activity; keep a watchlist of films they’d like to see; and create lists/collections on any given topic, for example: favourite heist films. We also provide a comprehensive database of film information, cross-referenced by cast, crew, studio and genre, with easy access to the ratings, reviews and lists added for each film by other members. And we’ve recently built companion apps.
